I work mostly in private, but I did participate in the World Poetry Festival of Venezuela, in 2005 and the World Poetry Festival Oscar Romero of El Salvador in 2017. I have one book of poetry in print, Translations from Silence, introduced by Jack Hirschman, (Freedom Voices Publications 2009, in Spanish 2011 Editorial Perro y Rana, Caracas Venezuela). Translations from Silence was the Winner of the Oakland Pen Josephine Miles Award for Literary Excellence in 2010. I've translated a few books and pamphlets of poetry, including Quetzalcóatl, by Ernesto Cardenal, still available at www.freedomvoices.org
